An agriculture graduate from Udayana University - Bali. Starting his career as Assistant of Lean Six Sigma in PT. Orang Tua to implement Project Lean Six Sigma and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Ali holds the Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt certification from San Diego State University - USA and several other certifications from BNSP. Often being an attendee in semindars and webinars. Has been a speaker in a few webinars, and has taught part time in a private university.

His career path in UMG Idealab started as he was assigned in the Western Region (Jabodetabek area and Bandung). Now he is enjoying his work with the Central Region Team (Yogyakarta and Solo), handling operations and business from 20 startups in various fields including: technology, agriculture and education
